1 General Terms

2 Account Registration and Use

To open an account at baji88 live, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If it is proven that the same person is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and the balance held in them may be forfeited. Taking bonus advantages or exploiting system benefits by operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Refrain from sharing your account details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our customer support immediately.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting any account to another person is strictly prohibited. baji88 live reserves the right to close any account that violates this rule at any time.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate in any casino or betting activity on baji88 live. Providing a date of birth at account registration is mandatory, and baji88 live may verify age at any time via national ID card or passport.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or after depositing a significant amount. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes after verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must be in the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not made.

4.3 Transaction Verification

baji88 live reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transaction activity. If suspicious activity is observed regarding any transaction, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

baji88 live provides various promotional offers. Specific conditions must be met to receive these bonuses. If any bonus terms are not followed, the bonus and any winnings earned through it may be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. After completing ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, placing strategic bets to meet bonus conditions (bonus hedging), or abusing the promotional system in any other way is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

6 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when participating in sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on baji88 live.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the cashout feature is available.
• If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, the related bet will be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned.
• If an obvious pricing error in the odds is identified, baji88 live reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.
• Suspicious bets connected to match fixing or result manipulation may be investigated at any time.
• For cricket markets, in T20 and One Day International matches, the official result from international cricket authorities will be considered final.

7 Responsible Conduct and Setting Limits
